To reactivate your QR Codes, you need to upgrade the account that you used to create the codes. To upgrade, log in to your account and click on the Upgrade button.
It’s not possible to reactivate a QR Code by creating a new account. It’s also not possible to reactivate another QR Code by creating a new QR Code with the same content.
If you’re unsure what email address and account corresponds to your deactivated QR code, please provide us with the QR Code image or picture and we will try to assist you in finding your account.
